I am writing from Argentina to request a quotation for a dairy industry, particularly for any equipments that you could provide between the following ones :
* A milk pasteurizer with a capacity of 3000 liters per hour
* A self-cleaning skimmer with a capacity of 3000 liters per hour
* A milk homogeneizer with a capacity of 3000 liters per hour and a homegeneization pressure of 15 to 20 megapascals (MPa)
* A tank of 3500 liters with remover for mixing fluid skimmed milk, powder milk and sugar
* An storage tank of 3000 liters
* A tank for pasteurization and cooling of milk cream with a capacity of 500 liters
* Two fermenters for stirred yogurt production with removers and a capacity of 3500 liters each one
* A filling machine, able to dosify stirred yogurt with fruit pieces in glass or PET containers and plug them. It would be desirable that the fruit pieces, having a maximum diameter of 5 milimeteres, reach the container without being destroyed in the dosying process. This equipment should have a capacity of 4200 liters per hour, considering that the recipients have a volume of 250 cubic centimeters.
* A cleaning in place (CIP) system for the equipments mentioned above
