We are interested in EN-8 Forged and Annealed Flats
C% 0.42-0.50,
Mn% 0.50-0.80%,
Si% 0.17-0.37,
P%/S% Max 0.035,
Cr% 0.30-0.50
Required sizes vary from thickness 80mm to 210mm, width 250mm to 510mm, length 3500mm to 4000mm.
Applications will be for Mould Base and Plastics Component Dies.
We will be cutting the material on bandsaw machines and selling custom sizes to our customers, therefore the hardness required in HRC should be not more than 25.
