Hello, I hope you are well. We are going to produce watering cans from brass and want to electroplate them with nickel. Unfortunately, we dont know the process. Would you be kind enough to explain how many steps/tanks we will need and how roughly how much time we will need for the whole process and how often we need to change the liquid solution?
We will need to fit about 100 water cans every time so we will probably need about 1 m^3 of volume per tank.
Based on that, can you please send me an estimated price for this equipment? We are trying to understand if we should buy a electroplating line and do it ourselves or send it to someone else to do it for us, so a general price would be really helpful.
