Eco friendly cotton rope, 5 or 6 mm for string bags

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are looking for a eco friendly Cotton rope for string bags. First we need a test/sample on 5 mm and 6 mm each at 2 meters to test the quality and size.
For our test production we need 4x50 meters of rope, 4 different colours : gold, orangered, dark turquise and dark blue. Please advise price?
When we start production we need ca 500-1000 meters pr colour. Can you give us a price on this minimum? And is it possible to order a rope matching our pantone colours, what will the MOQ be?
