Our company is a tethered drone manufacturer for the market of firefighting. To mount a closed cell silicone foam seal on our latest product, we need a double sided self adhesive film with the following parameters :
Adhesive Film Specs :
- Product : Double sided self adhesive film
- Material : Please suggest
- Thickness : Film must be below 100 microns (ideally below 50 microns)
- Sticks well to Carbon fiber
- Sticks well to Closed cell Silicone foam
- Definition of sticking well : Bonding strength is higher than internal cohesion force of Shore A10 closed cell silicone foam
- Applied at room temperature
- NO HOT MELT!
