Hello,We are looking to make some roller pins. I attach a simple drawing. We can send STEP file if you send us your email address.The material can be whatever grade of aluminium you think will be best to knurl, and will be quite durable.The knurled pattern is quite coarse - please see attached photos. It will be used to emboss paper, and the knurls on the paper we are trying to copy are 4mm long. You can also see the sort of shape of the knurl (the profile of the knurl) Tolerances should be general machining tolerances. The main diameter of the roller is 34.85mm, but The finished diameter of the roller can be about +- 3 or 4mm (!) so long as the knurled pattern is good quality.
