We are a honey producer and packer. We are looking for equipment for Cream honey producing.
Preliminary we need a 50L-100L tank.

Do you have some video on how to produce cream honey by your machines?
In general, the technology appears as follows :
1. take 80 kg of crystallized honey.
2. heat it while it becomes liquid
3. leave it for few hours so the honey becomes of the room temperature.
4. put this honey to the mixing machine
5. add 20 kg of the crystallized rape honey.
6. mix it in vacuum until the whole amount of honey obtains the structure of rape crystals.
We use rape honey, because the structure of its crystals is very smooth, crystals are very small. The cream honey can slowly flow and the consistency of it is like Nutella.
