hi we are Looking for wiring harness we need wiring harness
5 cables, 100 mm.
We need 5 custom passive cable assemblies for Beekee Box, 100 mm cable length (between connector cable-entry faces, excluding housings; proposed tolerance +/-5 mm subject to drawing approval).
A : ONE female 2x20-position 2.54 mm socket mating with the Raspberry Pi 4/5 40-pin header, with only 12 required contacts wired.
B : Locking cable-side connector mating with Wave share 1.69inch Touch LCD Module, SKU 27057, 240x280 pixels. Wave share calls the original cable GH1.25 12Pin. Supplier must verify exact housing/contact references, latch and cavity orientation against the actual module/original cable. Do not assume generic 1.25 mm connectors are interchangeable.
ATTACHED PHOTOS : assembly-reference.jpg shows the current working prototype; beekee-4807/4808/4809 show the display-end cable housing from different angles; beekee-4810 shows its board-mounted mating connector. Photos are for mating identification only, not a cavity-numbering or dimensional drawing. Verify exact connector compatibility on a physical sample. The hand-built prototype is NOT the desired finish. We want a professional assembly : 12 continuous stranded copper wires crimped end-to-end, compact preferably black sleeve, proper strain relief, no inline solder/heat-shrink splices, no unused cut ribbon-wire stubs, no loose individual Pi jumper plugs. Prefer standard components for this five-unit lot; price any breakout PCB or custom tooling separately. This is NOT a straight-through 40-wire cable, camera/CSI/DSI ribbon or internal display FPC.
