I am looking for a manufacturer that can make a plastic fishing lure, that we call a grub. We prefer the lure to be made from a water soluble resin so that the grub can absorb our scent, but would also be interested in a pvc that can be impregnated with a scent. Below is a sample of what we are seeking to have made. We are looking to have this made in 4 colors. Initial order 3000-5000 pieces in each color (total 12,000-20,000) pieces.
