2. Quantity : TRIAL : (1000MT ORE MORE and subsequent quantity of 5000 MT OR MORE per Month x 12 Months with roll over and extensions.
3. Price : LME minus 25%
4. Delivery terms : FCA Incoterms 2016
WE NEED PRODUCT DELIVERED TO :
AN OFFICIAL WAREHOUSE AT DAR ES SALAAM AUTHORIZED BY THE TANZANIAN GOVERMENT OR AT PACORINI, STEINWEG, IMPALA, BOLLORÉ, COMEXA.
5. Payment terms : Payment shall be made by TT to the buyer bank after positive buyer inspection at warehouse by SGS.
OR WE ACCEPT COPPER CATHODES ORIGIN ONLY FROM EUROPE OR USA/SOUTH AMERICA. PRICE LME-15% INCLUDING OUR COMMISSION OF 2% AND PAYMENT BY LC IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED NON-TRANSFERABLE 100% AT LOADING PORT FOB BASIS. BEFORE OPENING THE LC BUYER WILL MAKE INSPECTION TO SELLER YARD.
Seller should pay my commission of 2% from final invoice monthly during a year contract.
