I am interested in purchasing 1000 slanted coil springs with possible follow up orders. I attached an image with dimensions of the spring design. I also attached a general image of the spring.

If you have an in stock that has similar dimensions to the one in the attached image I am interested in considering that spring for our project. Or, if you can make a custom spring that is closer to our design, I am interested in that as well.

The attached design is different than a typical slanted coil spring - its different as it does not have slants. It is different as the coils are closer together on the inner diameter than on the outer diameter. Im interested in having the spring manufactured to look like the attached images.

A slanted coil spring may also work for the purposes of our project. However, wider gaps between the coils are desirable.

Material : Stainless steel or other corrosion resistant metal

Color : The shiny silver color of stainless steel may also work for our final design, but we are interested in having the spring colorized. Is it possible to color your springs a bright green, yellow, orange, red or blue? Wed be interested in colorizing the springs via a process that is corrosion resistant and does not allow chipping of coating.

Use of spring : The spring is not part of a mechanical or electrical assembly or machine. The spring is used in a stand-alone application as a lint trap.

Packaging : Im also interested in having the springs packaged in a clamshell package. Polybag may work as well. The package would have 1, 4, or 10 springs in them.

Does your company provide samples before processing the larger order?

What is the timeframe for the completion of an order or 1000?
