Hello,
I write you on behalf of Granada Chocolate Factory locate in Guatemala. We are manufacturers of chocolate, candies, waffers, cookies and marshmallows.
On of our main products is a waffer with marshmallow on top covered in chocolate. Currently our process needs to be upgraded because it is very manual. Currently we place a set of waffers in a table and manually deposit a layer of marshmallow on top. After a couple of hours we cut the whole table in small rectangles with a size of 1x5cm pick all the pieces and cover them with chocolate.
We are in the need to upgrade this system, we currently manufactured a cooling tunnel with a set of cutters at the end that make the cuts but are in the need to purchase the machines necessary to produce the marshmallow that we put on top of the waffer.
Currently we use a mixer to aerate the mass into the marshmallow form but we want your recommendation. Starting from the mixing and dissolving of the sugar, syrup and gelatin, also the areating machine and the way to produce the layer over the running conveyor.
Our requirements are the following :
Capacity 250Kg/h
Density : 0.36 g/cm3
Voltage : 480VAC 3Ph 60Hz
