I own an industrial Laundry in the U.K. and am looking to purchase the following equipment.
A. 3 or 4 station clip feeder - 3.3m minimum working width. Each station to have visual real time operator numbers to indicate if targets are met.
Front facing LCD control panel. This will be able to control the feeder, ironer, folder and stacker. The control system must be competent to identify errors with the equipment and control the equipment easily.
B. GAS - single 1200mm diameter roll, 3.3m working width. With a good brand EU burner.
C. Automatic 2 lane folder. Must have 3rd primary fold functionality. In addition, have the ability to fold/stack small items as well as bigger items. Static bar to be fitted in the relevant place.
D. 3 lane stacker. The automatic folder will transfer the folded items to the the relevant stackers as it will automatically be measure the items.
Overheat and temperature sensors must be fitted to the ironer.
Health and safety guards must be fitted to prevent a person from trapping fingers/hands in moving parts. For example, the ironer to the folder must have a protective guard to prevent unauthorised access.
A comprehensive spare parts list must be provided in the quotation. This must involve spare electrical sensors, switches, bearings etc
