We are a company that operate in the kitchenware and dining space, and are looking to launch the gooseneck coffee drip kettle to the American market by February-March next year. We have had a look at the range of products you have available, and are very keen to do business with your company!
As part of our due diligence process, we are short listing companies that we have ascertained are in line with our ethical standards, quality requirements, and are able to meet our supply needs. As we hope to be competitive within the market, we require our products to be unique and will need to make cosmetic changes to the kettle. Is your company able to manufacture products to different specifications (i.e. shape, size, colours), and what are the added costs with changing the mould? An estimate should suffice.
Also, are you able to tell me what types of material you use to manufacture your kettles, and whether it would be possible to upgrade to a ticker and higher grade of stainless steel? Most importantly, are you able to add a different matte color coating to the kettles? We are looking to offer a top of the range product that isnt yet available on the market.
Also, I am interested in ordering samples of products, and would like if you could provide further information on the costs associated with buying the sample and having it shipped to Australia?
