Im am a business man in Namibia. We have been working of a contract to
supply Sanitary Napkins to all Government schools in Namibia. unfortunately due to the lack of standards and testing facilities in the country, we are requested to submit documents of our supplier to the Namibia Standards Institute (NSI) for validation and certification of the products before the Ministry Can Place an Order.
The contract is anticipated to be for 5 years as per Government policy. We would like to request the following documents :
Manufacturers name & address
Product specifications (Sanitary Napkins)
Test report(s)not older than three (3) months ( External test LAB)
Product standard & product certifications. Please include any manufacturing plant standards set towards if any.
Conformity Certificate for Sanitary Napkins. (Valid) and if you can request the test report from the organization that issued you the Conformity certificate.
Any other documents that may assist in validating and certificating of your products ( Sanitary Napkins & Panty Liners) will be highly appreciated.
Quotation of 3 suggested sizes/types you suggest for school girls. Including packaging.
Please note that we will need this Sanitary Napkins in our own designed package. Please see attached package design. Please the package should be a paper package. an amendment on the layout from your side will be welcomed.
