Hi,
We are looking for Sodium Hypo Chlorite (NaOCl).
The basic data for refinery company cooling system and water analysis are attached herewith.
The quantity you need to offer us of these chemical/additives is defined above as a 2 years treatment on basis of 8000 operational hours per year. So in total a supply sufficient for 16000 operational hours.
Also other specs given from the client, pls. see below :
to meet guaranteed number of bacterial colonies.
(SRB) < 10 4 C/ml
(TBC) < 10 4 C/ml
to meet guarantee corrosion rate of <3 MPY on carbon steel coupon. It is required the lowest corrosion level and you have to state the minimum level you can guarantee.
You should guarantee non forming calcified flakes on circuits, coolers and columns cells during the complete time of treatment.
You must offer the necessary pumps and apparatus are required for all treatment as;
Four dosing pumps.
Two pumps for discharging the material from non returnable drums..
Tow apparatus (DR/890) for measuring (Cl2, total chlorine, Zn, etc) with the accessories are required to work and calibration for all treatment (2 years).
Bacteria colonies for measuring the (SRB and TBC) enough for all treatment (2 years).
