We are interested in porcelain eyelets for fiberglass wires. We are also kindly asking if there is the possibility o graphite addition in the porcelain, in order to eliminate the static electricity that occurs. Our necessary is 1000 pcs. for now. You can find attached the execution drawing and a picture of an eyelet (without graphite addition). First, obviously, we would need a quotation and a shipping and handling cost
please note that :
We would need some additive in the ceramic in order to reduce the static electricity accumulated in the eyelet (the is a fiberglass wire passing through). First, we thought that some graphite would do, but this could be eliminated during the high-temperature curing and so we found out that the titanium dioxide could give the same conductivity effect. So, we need that : 1. The porcelain should have a titanium dioxide content (you can decide how much, in order to sensitively increase the product conductivity) and 2. The surface needs to be as slippery as glass.
