My name is Valentina and I am the designer and founder of Covellite, a start-up business specializing in eco-friendly home décor.
Covellite was created with the intention of providing customers with reliable products while making a positive impact on nature and society.
We are looking to partner with ethical manufacturers and suppliers who share our belief in corporate and social responsibility and are certified
by the International Organization for Standardization.
We are looking to launch our first bathroom collection and are interested in a 7-piece ceramic set which includes a Soap Dispenser (SS304 soap dispenser pump), Tumbler,
Toothbrush Holder, Soap Dish, Cotton box, Toilet Brush Holder, Paper Roll Holder.
To determine if your product aligns with our needs please provide the following information :
1) Are you able to customize this product shape?
2) If so, is there anything we cannot change?
3) What is the approximate price per set (including packaging) when shipping via Ocean Shipments and Air Express to the New Jersey, United States and Melbourne, Australia at the following MOQs :
· Price for 7-piece set (ordered at quantities - 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 5000)
4) How long does it take to manufacture the set once a deposit has been made?
5) Available certification (CE, RoHS, FCC, GS, etc.). Please send certificates for verification purposes.
Prototype
6) Our custom shaped designs are created in Autodesk Fusion 360. Do you support this software system?
7) How much does it cost to have a prototype made?
8) How long does it take to create a prototype & ready for production?
9) What procedures are followed to ensure compliance to a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
10) Are there any other relevant policies that we may need to know about regarding this?
Materials needed for our 7-piece set collection
11) What quality grade of ceramics do you use to create your product, please give detail? Do you have the means (or will you be looking to in the future) to use recycled ceramic to make new products?
12) Anti-rust Stainless Steel (SS) 304 parts e.g., soap dispenser pump, toilet paper holder. Please note Im in the process of reaching out to SS304 liquid dispenser manufacturers.
Which supplier do you source to get SS 304 parts from? Is it a fixed supplier or would you be willing to collaborate with another supplier for SS304 parts?
13) Do you (or your supplier) offer warranty for your product parts? If so, what are the terms and conditions for the warranty?
14) Do you (or your supplier) use recycled plastic for components of a part?

15) What types of packaging do you usually use for this product?
16) Are you able to provide custom eco-friendly packaging?
