CLAUSE 2 : Specifications for Quality and Standard :

UCO Specification :
a) Free fatty acids (FFA) : 2.75% max allowed
b) Moisture and impurities (MIU) : 0.02% max allowed
c) Iodine value : 80-120%
d) Vegetable fat : 95% minimum allowed
e) Sulphur content : mg/kg 20
f) Saponification value : 186

And must :
g) Be free from odour
h) Be free from harmful radiation
i) Be free from contaminant materials
j) Not environmentally hazardous
k) Quality of product maintained through delivery process from loading port to final product discharge location.

And must not :
l) Contain any palm oil residue.
m) Contain any bio diesel.
n) Solidify in cold weather
