Need Steam/Thermal Coal CIF UK ports including US$ 1.5 per MT as my commission Also quote your prices on CIF 2% as my commission for any Indian ports. Annual requirement in UK is about 1.5 million tons where as Indian buyers needs about 3 million tons over 5 years
