PRICE USD API-4 Index Price (Richards Bay Index) + USD1.00 per Mt FOB Richards Bay Coal Terminal (commission to be split 50/50 between buyer and seller agents).

Payment
Revolving, Transferable, Irrevocable and Confirmed Standby Letter of Credit that will be issued within 48hrs (forty eight hours) and will be issued for 12 months with roll overs and, confirmed by Sellers Bank, being in an acceptable form to the Sellers Bank, in favor of the Seller for an amount sufficient to cover 100% (one hundred percent) of the total purchase price of the goods delivered.
