Payment Term-Irrevocable Non-Transferable Standard DLC after CIQ settle payment by T/T (MT103)
Quantity-50.000MT-300.000MT Per Month

After contract confirmed and signed.Request the seller to swift 2% PB first to Buyers bank ,the buyer to issue irrevocable non transferable DLC to activate the PB (This is what buyer can do for mazut)
