We, Petro Barin team member as buyers mandate can purchase 1,400,000MT per month (3* 300,000+500,000) for 12 month period RUSSIAN GAS OIL D2 GOST 305-82 and up to night and issue the ICPO. But before, please specify the following matters :

1- We prefer FOB term (We use our own shipping line)
2- Except that buyer bank issue DLC from a prime world bank accordingly to Seller nominated bank details, we DO NOT pay any fee for anything with titles like :

-TANK CLEARANCE and DIP TEST PERMISSION ARREARS.

- Payment for Certificate of conformity-product allocation ownership certificate.

3- Our suggested price is $ 877 + 10$ Commission for our team =887$ per MT
