Buy offer Details

Pls find the LOI and technical specs. to RSFO I am looking for. Pls note the following terms as precedence of the transaction :
1. The target price is $600/mt or little more (negotiatable);
2. The order quantity is 10000mt-20000mt monthly, revolving for 12 months, with an initial order of 5000mt;
3. The payment term can be :
a. by a 100% irrevocable, transferable DLC;
b. 30% down payment covered by a specific BG issued by the seller, surplus by a DLC;
4. The purcahse representative will visit the refinery of the seller before concluding the transaction with a SPA.
Pls issue your FCO if you accept all the above terms.
