We want to purchase the Refined Sunflower Oil.

Quantity : 50,000 Metric Tons (MT`s), per month, with a contract
of one year at a time, for a total of 600,000 MT`s.
Packaging : Plastic (PET) bottles of one liter each.
Mode of Delivery : Containerized carton - boxes.
Destination : The ports of Turkey
Delivery Conditions : CIF (Cargo Insurance Freight). Price at the port of destination.
Time Frame : Present    
Mode of Payment : 100% L/C. (If required by the seller, the L/C can be confirmed).
Buyer`s Assurances :   
1) Bank to Bank arrangement of "Proof of Funds vs. Proof of Product" (POF vs. POP).
2) Issuance, by the Manufacturer / Seller, of a 2% Performance Bond (P.B.).
3) Arrangement of Surveillance / Inspection by such an organization as SGS.
