ORIGIN : Argentina, Brazil, EU, at seller options.
QUANTITY : The first trial shipment is 10,000 MT (+/-5%) + 11 months per 120,000 MT.
PRICE : USD/MT, CIF Maim port China. Incoterms 2010.
PACKING : Flexitanks or similar.
INSPECTION : SGS/CCIC or similar in Loading port.
PORT OF LOADING : At seller option.
PAYMENT : L/C irrevocable, non-transferable, confirmed from Primer 25 bank of the
Word, at sight against presentation of shipping documents.
SUPPLY SECURITY : PB (2%) of the L / C to be prescribed by the Purchaser.
INSURANCE : 110% of the value of the goods.
