I am a company representative from China, We have a company based in Malaysia and are looking for suppliers to sell to us the following

Palm Shell Kernel
10,000 metric tons per month for a contract of 12 months
Price : USD$48 per metric ton FOB at BINTULU PORT

3rd Shipment may see increase from 10,000 to 20,000 metric tons due to winter. We have a ship ready
Payment is made in 3 instalments will complete payment made once bill of lading is presented.
Initial payment is made at 40% downpayment
With subsequent payment of 30% and 30%

A purchase order will be given and a contract for 12 months guarantee delivery will be given. Prior to initial downpayment, we need to do a site visit of the MILLS and the WAREHOUSE of the PKS. It is probable that a Chinese Government representative will come down to the MILLS to inspect for 1 day as part of standard procedures by the Chinese Government Northern Region
