- Adhesive Coating, like Sodium silicate will not be acceptable

- It should be free from stitching, wire , stapler pin, clip, nail , hooks band other foreign materials

- It must be free from adhesive tape, Plastic tape, string, undissolved coating and other materials like Asphalt wax etc.

- Must be clean and free from dust and sand.

- It should be in bale from of 40/50 kg each.

- Moisture : - 08 % Max

- Brightness 78 (Elrepho) Min

- Any Colored paper or colored spot papers will not be acceptable

- News print paper will not be acceptable
