? Buyers will only accept JP54 & D2 ONLY. *Below are the needed RICE POINTS.
? JP 54 - DIP PAY between -10/-6 - Contract -15% or $15-20
? D2 - DIP PAY -50/-25 - Contract : -60 to -200
? Seller/Seller Mandate shows POP or proof of existing and verifiable product. Product can be verified in less than an hour anywhere in the world. Seller or Mandate (Mandate must show legal proof of Mandateship) can send POP or Tanker Number direct to Buyers Legal Mandate. They do not have do disclose who they are, simply send something to verify that they are indeed the holder in due course of title of the product.
? SCO is sent on Seller Letterhead with full product specs and procedures to Buyer/Buyer Mandate. Buyer will verify product and accept offer.
? Once available product is verified, Buyer will sign FCO/CI and asks for at least 24-48 hours of exclusivity on confirmed product
? CI, DIP, and PAY (DIP PAY LIFT) on the first shipment to protect all parties. buyer can issue MT-799 as POF after verifying product and signing CI. Payment will be MT-103
? Thereafter, Buyer will sign 12-36 month contract with rolls and issue bank instrument (BG/SBLC/IRDLC) to Seller to secure 30 days worth of product every month for the remainder of contract (12-36 months)
? 2-20M barrels per month minimum
? They can lift every week. Any vessel. Anywhere

? No bank instruments or swifts upfront or before initial CI DIP PAY
