We are in need of MAZUT 100-75 for our client at China; a government company.
The requirement is 100,000 MT during November 2015 and then onwards 200,000MT to 400,000 MT/month *12.

Kindly send us your best prices and the commission range in an SCO.

The buyer mandate commission agreement will be between your company and the buyers mandates by NCNDA-IMFPA only, as the buyer is a Government of China company they cannot involve in commission agreements.

The LOI along with the specifications (of other competitive sellers) is attached.
