Product   : Fuel Oil (MAZUT M100) GOST-10585-75
Specification   : To be provided by seller and agreed with buyer
Origin   : Russian Federation
Quantity   : Up to 1,200,000 Metric Tons
Term   : Trial 50,000 MT, Regular 100,000 MT/Month
Delivery   : CIF Huangdao port China.
Inspection   : SGS at loading port/ CIQ at unloading port
Payment   : Payment for each M100 delivery shall be made by SWIFT MT103/TT.
In US Dollars by MT103/TT wire transfer payment within 5 banking days after receipt of all original documents for payment including CIQ Q&Q reports and transfer of the title document.

Due to this you are kindly requested to send your best technical and commercial quotation up to May 9, 2016.
