7, After confirmation of sellers performance bond, Buyer will SWIFT conditional SBLC or DLC to Sellers bank. 8, Sellers bank will confirm to seller and buyer that the irrevocable stand by letter of Credit has been accepted and the shipping commences as schedule in the contract for The CIF delivery. 9, Payment will be made for the product by the buyers bank via T/T MT 103 wire transfer to the sellers bank after the CIQ/SGS inspection at port of discharge and the delivery to buyers bank of all documents required by the contract. immediately.
10, Seller releases the commission
