We would like to establish long term relations with those have reliable sources and creditable sellers and intermideate as we have stable and all year around need in M100-75. We strictly follow the below procedure
1. Buyer sends ICPO to the Seller
2. Seller sends FCO to the Buyer then the Buyer signed and return it to the Seller
3. Seller provided two copies of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).The Buyer signed and returns with a copy to the seller.The Bank officer of Buyers and Sellers on behalf of their client to confirm each partys ability to complete the transaction after the SPA registration at the representative Bank.
4. Within five working days after the formal contract, the sellers bank issues part of the POP documents to the buyers bank by SWIFT bank
5 The Sellers bank should send the 2% non-active Performance Bond to Buyers bank by swift within 5 banking days after sign the contract
6.After the POP, PG and other documents identification, the buyer should open an irrevocable, Indivisible and non-transferable documentary letter of credit (MT700) in favor of the Seller by telex (SWIFT) within ten working days and activate the Performance bond
7.Shipping documents in name of the Seller shall be sent to the Buyer within 3 working days after the Loading.The Seller should notify the buyer of the shipment, including the documents required on goods,SGS inspection report, certified documents signed by the master,and the certificated documents about the goods shall be delivered to the buyer through the Bank.
8.When Goods arrived the port, within 7 working days after the CIQ inspection the buyer shall TT the payment to the seller
