Chinese Buyer will need to see lab report that confirm Mn% and SGS or equivalent inspection report.

• Proof of past BL will be require before he issued LC.

• The LC cannot be transferable. ( Your Seller will have to send the LOI to his provider)
• Seller ( from Congo) need to issue 2% PB before Buyer issue LC
