We intend to purchase one "Horizontal LNG Storage Tank "with capacity : 60 MT ( equal to 27000 Gal and 100 Cubic Meters )and following technical specification for one of our customer , to be installed in Afghanistan country.
Sheet Material of Tank : A 516 GR 70

Sheet Thickness : 20 MM for tank frame ( for two heads of the tank it shall be 15 mm after forming )

Tank Total Length : 1775 CM

Tank Frame Length : 1500 CM
Tank Design : according to section VIII of ASME standard
Design Pressure : 1769 kpa at 50 celesius

Discharge Pressure : 103 Kpa ( at full vacuum ) at 93 Celesius

Final Pressure : 2300 Kpa

Liquid Pressure : 8-10 ata

Remark- All the installation of the fittings related to instruments in inlet and outlet of the gas, sandblasting of the tank , prime coating , painting of the tank in two layer , execution of pressure test and hydro test and non - destructive tests of the tank should be according to API standard
