We would like you to consider our draft contract that based on our experience and protect both of the seller and buyer?

The minerals pass CIQ is the first thing for both of us. If it cannot pass CIQ, the cargo must be returned according China law. Last year we have to return 11 lots disqualified minerals. Both of the seller and us lose some money for the disqualified. Sometimes we have to be penalized by CIQ for the Irregular operations.

Now the big problem for us is the cargo pass CIQ.
If I issue the LC for the cargo payment and in case the cargo fail to pass CIQ, both of us will be in bad situation. Especially my party.We will be penalized by CIQ and China Customs.
Last year we must return 11 lots for the disquality.
Would you please study our procedure attached? Also please study the Option c), the procedure in our draft contract

We will consider your operation propose after we visit your mine(s) and the smoothly operation of the first trials if you are the mine owner or you deliver the cargo from the same minerals.

Also would you please let me know whether we begin the operate from your lead, zinc and tantalite?

we would want to know how much you wil supply Lead Ore Pb% Above 60-65%, 45-60%
Grade of zinc is between 40-50%
