We have a buyer in our group wanting to buy JP 54 aviation fuel with the following. conditions
1. Initial lift 1-2 million barrels. Going up to 10 Million barrels a month.
2. Contract length 2 years with rolls and extensions.
3. Price of NWE Platt minus $12/10
4. Buyer to get unconditional tank receipt in Rotterdam
5. Seller to authorize a dip test in the sellers tank or instead have a
fresh SGS which is not older than 3 calendar days.
