I have 2 major buyers seeking large quantities of JA-1, JA-2.

FOB or CIF Rotterdam. Platts minus $5.00 USD or better. 1-2MM barrels on first lift and 5-10MM barrels on contract.

The main point for the buyers is that they will not pay any upfront tank storage fees or any other fees until they have verified the fuel through an SGS dip test that they arrange and pay for themselves.

If this is agreeable and within your means, please reply with SCO and procedures.
