My name is Debby Hill. I am a buyer for Envision Plastics (Division of Consolidated Container Co.) We seek to purchase BALED HDPE #2 BOTTLES, Natural and Mixed Colors, separated for our plant located in Chino,CA.

We manufacture an end product and must comply with our FDA ruling. This material must be OCEAN-BOUND and located within 5 miles of a coastline. That is the first specification we must adhere to.

This material must also be 100% post-consumer. We do have a wash line; however, we are very concerned with contamination of any oils, hazardous chemicals, paper and other plastics. Contamination must be less than 2% of the bale. Thus, an average bale weighing 1000 lbs cannot contain more than 20 lbs of contaminated materials as noted above.

We are buying this material on-going, year round. We can purchase up to 20 containers per month.
