Dear Sir,

We are trading company require for gasoline Octanes on Monthly basis. We want the product to deliver to Somalia on CIF term.

Sales and Banking Procedure

1. Buyer confirms soft order and acceptance of the sellers procedures. Issue an ICPO with seller procedure incorporated on the full ICPO and a RWA bank to bank or by secure email.

2. Seller issue draft contract and NCNDA / IMPFA sends to the buyer and buyer returns the draft contract duly signed and sealed.

3. Both parties to lodge the SPA to respective banks.

4. The buyer bank issue IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED NON TRANSFERABLE DLC/MT700 OR SBLC/MT760 OR BG to sellers bank.

5. Within 3 days from receipt of and verification of DLC seller issue 2% PB to buyer bank to guaranty the delivery.

6. Within 5 days from the receipt of buyer financial instrument seller issue PPOP.

7. Within 25 days from receipt of buyer financial instrument, seller issue FULL POP to the buyer bank.

8.Within 25 - 35 days the seller make the first delivery under the present contract terms and condition and shipment commence.

9. After the delivery of the cargo, payment is effected against presentation to buyer bank of complete set of export document.

10. The buyer pay all the intermediaries accordingly in 72 hours.
