Dear Sir,

My RWA client is looking for an allocation of D6 FOB Rotterdam with rolls and extensions.

We have tanks in Rotterdam and will take the oil directly into our tanks.

We prefer a CI, Dip, and Pay transaction for the initial lift with a SBLC for the 12 month SPA.

We prefer pricing approaching $120/$116.

Please provide your most recent SCO/FCO and my client will respond according to your procedures or with an ICPO.
