Dear Sir, Please find below for our requirement 1. Commodity : Light Crude Oil
Origin : Oman (sultanate of Oman)
Specification : Please put it in the SCO.
Quantity : 8,000,000 barrels (+/-5%) per month x 12 months for 36 months or 60 months as the first Contract Period with rolls and extensions.
Time & Quantity for the first shipment : Please put it in the SCO.
Loading port : Please shot it in the SCO for example, Duqm port, Muscat port, etc).
Price terms : Based on FOB Duqm port, Myscat port or other Omani port.
Price Discount : US$8.00/Barrel to the Brent Dated price.
Payment terms : Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Non-Assignable, Non-Divisible, Non-Confirmable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit.
Performance bond : 2% of the faced value of the DL/C.
Inspection : SGS or equivalent at loading port at sellers cost.

2. Commodity : Nigerian Light Crude Oil (Bonny Light)
Origin : Nigeria
Specification : Please put it in the SCO.
Quantity : 6,000,000 barrels per month x 12 months for 36 months or 60 months as the first Contract period with rolls and extensions.
Time & Quantity for the first shipment : Please put it in the SCO.
Loading port : Please put it in the SCO.,
Price terms : CIF ASWP.
Price Discount : US$13/6
Payment terms / Performance bond / Inspection : Same as above-mentioned.
