We prefer to buy copper concentrate based on FOB term so please ask seller to offer FOB price.
LC should be irrevocable,non-transferable,non-confirmed DLC at sight.90% will be paid by LC against shipping documents and 10% will be paid by TT against SGS report at discharging port.
Seller and Buyer will exchange the inspection.It means Buyer,on Buyers account,will appoint SGS at loading port and Seller,on Sellers account,will appoint SGS at discharge port.
Quotation Period(QP) : the average price of LME ten (10)working days after vessel arriving at the discharge port (not included).
After signing contract,our company will come to visit the Seller and his plant.Then LC will be opened immediately during our visit and we will supervise the loading at loading port.
And please send me analysis report,plant and stock photographs.You did not attach them in your alst email.
