Resolution No. 43 of 2016
Certificate of legal entity of the plant and the license issued to him.
Statement of items produced.
Brand the product, the brands that are produced under license from the owner to it.
A certificate that the factory is implemented by a system of Quality Supervision issued by recognized by the International Union for the adoption of hand (ILAC) or the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) or from the Egyptian government or a foreign approved by the competent minister of foreign trade.
The application for registration of the legal representative of the companys brand owner or his authorized representative or agent supporter documents ratified by the following :
Certificate of registration of the brand and products that are produced under the brand.
Certification of the companys proprietary brand distribution centers that are allowed to supply items that carry this brand.
