Buy offer Details

The Buyer is ready to make a purchasing decision by end of January. Provided he gets a hard offer with all the details of the contract. As soon as he gets it and accepts it we ready to provide the seller with all the payment info thru a major world bank. (20% after signing the contract and 80% after the coal on board of the cargo inspected) Min purchasing order 75,000 MT a month for at least 12 months and we would ideally like to set it up for longer if possible
. VM is most important here. They have refused VM 0f 12%. They prefer the VM to be in the 8% range, but will look at the 10% range. This will be FOB.

The specs of coal are as follows : Either of the two is acceptable.

Ash adb : 30 pct max
Volatile m adb : 4_8 pct max
Sulphur db : 2.4 pct max
Mositure : 10 pct _ 12 pct rejection
GCV : 5300 kcal min
