Specifications : CDRO , acc DIN 51 605, with sustainability certification of this product. With A legal confirmation from factories with a permanent quality control system. According to the following chemical composition :
Please put the analysis of the CDRO :
Commodity : CDRO , Quantity : 2 x12 deliveries with each 12.500 MT in bulk
with possibility of R+E
First delivery : acc agreement
Contract duration : 12 months, with possibility for prolongation , R+E
Origin : EU or ...
Transport cost included to any port in Germany and in Poland
Price : CIF per MT 790,00 USD
acc. NCNDA + IMFPA, which will be a part of the contract .
Delivery : CIF Germany or Poland Port .
Payment : irrevocable conf. L/C, direct between Seller and Buyer , not transferable. Payable against : Invoice, packing list, goods analysis, B/L and ISCC certificate, In this case, the buyer has the possibility to visit the Oil Mill or the Loading station and get the POP, that the CDRO is available.
Alternatively : The payment will be done after second SGS control in the unloading port .
Perf. Bond : The seller will open a 2% Performance Bond
The seller will send immediately the FCO
