Dear Sirs,

Our company is planning to start importing bananas to the countries of central Asia, and the Kenyan bananas would be a good product to import for us.

Nevertheless, we need some additional information in order to be able to make a more detailed business plan and plot a marketing strategy. We would greatly appreciate if you could send us the following information in order to start more detailed negotiations :

1. What volumes are you capable of providing us with? We would need an approximate of 250 metric tones per week. That is - 1000 tones per month. Are you capable of producing that volume?

2. What is the price for cavendish bananas if purchased in such volumes?

3. Do you have any means of transporting these bananas to a sea port?
