our target price is CIF ASWP $190/mt including commission of 2$/TM,

For payment term ,
we only can issue irrevocable and Non-transferable DLC ,upon goods arriving in discharge port ,after we buyer doing customs clearance and CIQ/SGS inspection ,we can make payment 7-10 banking days .The seller must give 2%PB to activate LC .
