Dear Sir
I have the demand for the Iran base oil SN500 (group 1 and 2) , pls send me the best offerand the products.
The packing was in new drums for each grade Group 1 and Group 2 on CIF Dalian port ,China basis.
The shipment could be in 40 FCL and quantity is 5,000~10,000 M/T for the trial order. The origin could be NIOC or UAE.
Please send me the SN500 specification group 1 and 2 and soft offer along with test report. If the offer price is very competitive and it could have long terms contract for 10,000~20,000 M/T per month.
