Please note that we wish to buy the above said scrap materials that are quality checked by the certified inspection team.
Our company is also willing you to give advance payment for the metal scrap for the confirmation of the deal.

Procedure
1. Buyer submits LOI allowing soft probe.
2. Seller Issues FCO.
3. Buyer returns signed FCO.
4. Seller Issues contract.
5. Buyer and Sellers sign and exchange contracts.
6. Seller provide Proof of Product.
7. Buyer completes the advance payment for the order via L/C or T/T accordingly.
8. Buyer if wishes would like to come to sellers premises for inspection of product.
9. Shipment commences as per contract.

If the foregoing is satisfactory, please indicate your agreement with the foregoing by countersigning a copy of this letter and returning it to our attention. We look forward to proceeding together on this transaction.
